Huacai Chen 614d7e9975 LoongArch: Add ARCH_HAS_DEBUG_VM_PGTABLE support ... Add ARCH_HAS_DEBUG_VM_PGTABLE selection in Kconfig, in order to make corresponding vm debug features usable on LoongArch.
