spi: spi-sn-f-ospi: Use devm_clk_get_enabled()

Browse Source 
Replace the combination of devm_clk_get_enable() plus clk_prepare_enable()
with devm_clk_get_enabled(). Slightly reduces the amount of boilerplate
code.
