Implement operator_cast for prange.

gcc/ChangeLog:

	* range-op-mixed.h: Add overloaded declarations for pointer variants.
	* range-op-ptr.cc (operator_cast::fold_range): New.
	(operator_cast::op1_range): New.
	(operator_cast::lhs_op1_relation): New.
	(operator_cast::pointers_handled_p): New.
