* configure.ac: Call GCC_CHECK_ASSEMBLER_HWCAP instead of

* fragment.am (CONFIG_CXXFLAGS): Use HWCAP_CFLAGS instead of
HWCAP_FLAGS.
* aclocal.m4: Regenerate.
