fix: add suggestion how to fix importing CJS module (#21764) 
```
$ cat exports_error.js
Object.defineProperty(exports, "__esModule", { value: true });

$ deno exports_error.js
error: Uncaught (in promise) ReferenceError: exports is not defined
Object.defineProperty(exports, "__esModule", { value: true });
